Sales Operations Coordinator

  • The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing our sales teams with reliable, high-quality administrative support. This position sits within the sales team and reports to the Director of Sales. 

  • This role is responsible for enhancing the overall operating efficiency and excellence of the sales function.

  • There is significant interaction with the entire sales and services organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES                                   

  • Supports all aspects of deal flow through CRM systems to reduce the administrative burden on the sales team.

  • Coordinates the efforts with sales to get quotes, licences, contracts, and other customer facing information to customers, prospects and partners.

  • Manages the timeliness of customer and internal responses to requests.

  • Attends and actively participates in sales meetings and weekly team calls.

  • Works with Director of Sales and the team on process improvements for sales support and identifies opportunities for efficiency with Sales team.

  • Assists in building of automated weekly sales and activity reports.

  • Builds and utilizes CRM expertise to support value-add reporting for business insight.

  • Plans and coordinates ongoing meetings, events, and supporting materials.

  • Assists with the co-ordination and execution of major marketing and partner events.

  • Responds to and directs client inquires to appropriate team members.

  • Assists with preparation of client presentations.

  • Assists with miscellaneous sales, marketing and administrative duties.

  • Assists with the building and enhancement of GINQO's social media presence, specifically LinkedIn and Twitter.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS                                    

  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast paced environment.

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably sales support.

  • Customer-centric orientation with the ability to build relationships via email, social media, telephone and in person.

  • Excellent organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.

  • Professional writing and speaking skills necessary to communicate clearly and accurately to both internal and external clients.

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Email.

  • Experience using CRM applications to ensure clear documentation of customer and partner communications and processes.

  • A desire to be data-driven and participate in an organization for which this is fundamental.
