POSITION SUMMARY

  • We are looking for a passionate Qlik Architect to join our fast growing team focused on implementing Data Analytics solutions at our Canadian and US clients.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES                                   

  • Analyze business and system requirements to determine best Qlik Architectures within the customer’s environment.

  • Guide the Customers in Planning, Design, Implementation, Documentation and maintain strong and resilient Qlik Architectures

  • Provide Technical Support to Customers and Team Members, including working with clients to identify issues and to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Constantly analyze the customers architecture and recommend improvements

  • Ensure compliance to development, security and deployment standards

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS                                    

  • 3+ Years of Experience in Designing, Configuring, Supporting Qlik Sense Enterprise for Windows, QlikView, Qlik NPrinting, Qlik GeoAnalytics, Qlik WebConnectors - Intimate knowledge of Qlik Ecosystem Architecture and Qlik Foundation

  • 3+ Years of Experience Deploying Qlik Sense in Enterprise Networks (Reverse Proxies, Load balancers, Firewalls, Application Gateways)

  • 3+ Experience Integrating Qlik with SSO Implementations (ADFS, SiteMinder, SAML) and knowledge of Identity Providers (Active Directory, AzureAD, AUTH0, Okta)

  • 3+ years of Experience working with Cloud providers and their main components and services (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)

  • 3+ Years of Experience with Qlik Scalability Tools and Performance Testing Tools (JMeter)

  • Desired but not mandatory: 5+ Years of Experience in Designing Qlik Applications (Qlik Sense, QlikView, NPrinting, GeoAnalytics, Qlik Web Connectors)

  • Knowledge of Network and Web Application Security (AD, LDAP, SSL, Kerberos and Firewalls)

  • Knowledge of Networking Protocols (HTTP/S, TCP/IP, WebSockets) and most common network troubleshooting tools

  • Knowledge of High Availability, Disaster Recovery and Clustering

  • Knowledge of at least one Server-Side Scripting Language (PowerShell, Python, Bash)

  • Knowledge of Qlik SaaS architecture

  • Curiosity and passion for researching and studying technology & industry trends

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Outstanding problem decomposition and solving - Exceptional analytical skills
