Create Visualizations with Qlik Sense, a scenario-based course, addresses the fundamentals required to enable you for self-service visualization and discovery. The course combines demonstrations and hands-on exercises to teach the essential concepts for designing beautiful and effective Qlik Sense visualizations and guided stories. Additionally, you will look in depth at the different visualizations and selecting the appropriate one for your data and the type of questions you need to answer. Terms and Condition
How to book
All bookings must be made online. Seats are limited for GINQO courses and will be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis. You are strongly advised to book early to secure a place.
How the contract is formed between you and GINQO
Upon completion of registration it is confirmed that you have accepted terms and conditions and the contract is now formed between you and GINQO. You will receive an email to confirm your booking.
Fees and Payment
Payment must be received in advance of the course. Our payments terms are “due on receipt” and the invoice can be paid by PayPal or Credit Card. Electronic payments will be available when you follow the "View" link in the invoice email.

Attendance at the Course
Full payment must be received prior to the course taking place. You will not be admitted to the course unless full payment has been received by GINQO.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent to training@ginqo.com. Refunds are provided based on the following rules:
- 100% Refund for cancellation more than 21 days before event start
- 75% Refund for cancellation within 21 days of event start
- 50% Refund for cancellation within 14 days of event start
- No Refund for cancellation within 7 days of event start
A substitute delegate will be generally accepted.
Course Transfers
There is no charge for transferring your booking to the same course on an alternative date provided you notify GINQO by email more than 21 days prior to the start of the course and we have availability on the requested date. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. Only one transfer will be accepted.
In the case that GINQO are not given 21 days’ notice and we can facilitate the transfer request based on course numbers, at GINQO’s discretion, we can transfer you to a future course date (subject to availability). There will be a CAD$ 50 administrative fee charged.
Non-Attendance at a Course
We cannot give refunds for delegates who fail to attend for whatever reason.
Cancellation of a Course by GINQO
GINQO reserves the right to alter published programmes, trainers, speakers, fees or venues without liability. GINQO also reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability to delegates for expenses incurred. Only the course fee will be refunded.
If we do not receive adequate registrations to ensure the training course is effective for each delegate, we retain the right to cancel the course. In such circumstances delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Force Majeure
GINQO reserves the right to cancel, suspend or vary the operation of our obligations to you if events occur which are in the nature of force majeure including (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) fire, flood, storms, strikes, non-availability of material or suppliers or any event outside of GINQO’s control; and we shall not be held liable for any breach of contract resulting from such an event.
Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Training Materials and the Documentation anywhere in the world belong to the Licensor, that rights in the Training Materials and the Documentation are licensed (not sold) to you, and that you have no rights in, or to, the Training Materials or the Documentation other than the right to use them in accordance with the terms of this License.
Warranties and Liabilities
GINQO will perform any services with reasonable skill and care. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, and except where goods or services are sold to a person dealing as a consumer, all warranties, representations and undertakings, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and of non-infringement of the rights of a third party, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where goods or services are sold to a person dealing as a consumer, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect his or her statutory rights.
For all courses the total liability of GINQO under these Terms and Conditions whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise shall be limited to an amount equal to 100% of the sum of all fees paid by you to us due under these Terms and Conditions or, if higher, the amount available under any responding insurance policy.
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in these Terms and Conditions, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit GINQO’s liability for death or personal injury caused by GINQO’s negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or for any liability that may not be limited or excluded by law.
General Notices
The interpretations, construction, effect and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions and your use of the website shall be governed by the Province of British Columbia law, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia for the determination of all disputes arising between them.
